Welcome to The Strand!! Rich in history, The Strand movie theater is one of the most iconic buildings in downtown Wadsworth. We now have 10 office spaces in the heart of downtown where parking is free, local restaurants and businesses are thriving, and the community is enjoying downtown revitalization. In addition, coming soon in late 2019, The Strand is home to “DOLCE at The Strand,” a one of a kind gathering place featuring handcrafted on-sight Italian gelato, desserts, cocktails and coffee. (And bocce!) If you are looking for a place to locate your office, want to be in the heart of all things downtown, and maybe wouldn’t mind taste testing gelato from time to time, consider making your office the The Strand and inquire about availability and rates.
Marquee Rental: See your name in lights
Have a special announcement to make? Our famous marquee lights up the city of Wadsworth each night and can be rented to publicize important events such as business openings, birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations and well wishes. Sides of the marquee can be rented individually or together depending on availability. Please contact us to inquire about availability and rates.
